Cause

We believe that strong communities are built through dedicated people working together toward a common good. At the heart of every impactful initiative are volunteers—individuals who give their time, skills, and energy to create lasting change.

That’s why we are launching the "Empowering Community Engagement: Volunteer Recruitment and Professional Development Initiative"—a transformative project designed to strengthen our volunteer base and enhance our organization’s ability to serve the community more effectively.

As a proud supporter of the Royal Canadian Army Cadet program, the Army Cadet League of Ontario plays a vital role in shaping tomorrow’s leaders by fostering citizenship, leadership, and physical fitness in youth across the province. Our volunteers are the backbone of this mission—serving as mentors, organizers, supporters, and advocates who help ensure cadets receive the highest quality experience.
